Official Rules
The contest, in plain terms.
PredictAK is a free game of skill. Nothing of value is staked. You play with credits, a score that has no cash value and can't be bought, sold, or cashed out.
- Entry
- Free. One account per person, 1,000 starting credits. Email is for verification only.
- How it works
- Each market asks a question about Alaska politics. Prices move as people trade, so they read as live odds. When a market resolves, shares in the winning outcome pay one credit each and the rest pay nothing. You profit by finding prices you think are wrong.
- Standings
- The leaderboard ranks players by profit, not counting starting credits.
- Resolution
- Each market's question and its source are set before it opens. A result is provisional for 48 hours, then final. Ambiguous, broken, or manipulated markets are voided and every position refunded.
- Fair play
- One person, one account. No coordination, bots, or automated trading. The administrator settles markets and can reverse rule-breaking.
